Welcome to the Canadian Haitian Community Care Alliance (CHCCA), we are a nonprofit organization with a mission to help and support the Canadian-Haitians in Windsor through the provision of humanitarian aid, essential services, and cultural enrichment events. This mission is rooted in the belief that every member of our community deserves access to essential resources and opportunities for growth.
Our organization was founded with a clear vision: to fill a significant gap within the Canadian community. We recognized that while many cultures and nations have established associations to celebrate and support their communities, there was a notable absence of such a platform for Haitians. Driven by this realization, we embarked on a journey to create a space where the Haitian community could thrive.
Our mission is to uplift and empower the Haitian community by providing humanitarian support, mentorship, and a strong sense of identity. We are committed to assisting new Haitian and Francophone immigrants in their integration journey, as well as supporting those already established in our community. Through our efforts, we aim to celebrate Haitian heritage, foster a connected and resilient community, and create opportunities for growth and success.
We are committed to laying a strong foundation that will benefit future generations of Haitians in Canada. Our goal is to ensure that they have access to the resources, opportunities, and support they need to grow, thrive, and succeed. By fostering education, cultural pride, and economic empowerment, we aim to empower the Haitian community to flourish, both individually and collectively. Through these efforts, future generations will not only find success but will also contribute to a vibrant, interconnected community that celebrates diversity, resilience, and shared progress.
